Club Chairman Mark is the proud owner of this Capri Mk3 2.8i Special, a Mk1 Capri 1600, and a Mk1 Cortina 1200.

Mark actually co-founded the Duchy Ford Club (originally the Duchy Capri Club) with Steve Hunt in 1999.

Steve Hunt

Steve owns this lovely yellow Capri Mk3 2l S. It has been modified with twin exhausts, KONI racer alloys, 2.8 struts and rear springs, a full engine rebuild and a 3.0 carb - it's been fully restored. He purchased the car June 1999. Steve co-founded the club with Mark Roberts.

Adam Hicks

Club Secretary Adam owns this beautiful 1980 Capri Mk3 3.0S. It had a full restoration by Adam, and father-in-law (and fellow club member) Dave Bradley, in 2022.

It is Adam's first retro Ford.

Darren Hicks

Darren owns this rare Sierra Mk2 XR4x4 2.8i. The car had been off the road for 10 years. The restoration totalled 4 months, with a whole host of new & used parts used to bring this Sierra, affectionately known as 'Yobo', back to its glory.

Nick Tresidder

Nick is the proud owner of this 1980 Escort Mk2 1600 Super Sport.

He plans to get the paintwork sorted and put a YB Cosworth engine in it, to speed the old girl up. 

Keith Edwards

Keith owns this stunning 1966 Mustang Coupe, 289ci 4700cc V8. He imported it from the USA in February 2018, with only 2 previous owners, the first of which had owned it for 50 years. It has all original body work, but has had upgraded brakes and wheels.

Glen Kent

Glen owns this 1979 Escort Mk2 RS2000 and a Capri Mk3 2.8i.

Both cars, when purchased, had not been on the road for 9 years, but with Glen's knowledge and expertise they are both now on the road and taken to club events regularly.

Treve Farley

Treve owns this beautiful 1967 Mustang Coupe 472 V8. He purchased it in 2019, but has had lots of Fords over the years. You can often spot Treve at events because he's always sporting his colourful bucket hat!

Chris Farley

Chris owns this stunning example of a 1954 F100 Pick Up. It's running a 5.7 Corvette engine, 3 speed auto. It was imported in 2016, but Chris bought it from a museum in Essex. He has previously owned a 1927 Model T Coupe.

Brian Waite

Brian is the proud owner of this 1967 Mustang Fastback. He purchased it back in 2000, and whilst it had a good body, it required a complete rebuild, so Brian restored it to his own specification. He also owns a 2002 Jack Roush Convertible and a Focus ST Wagon.

Keith Toy

'Santa' Keith owns this 1969 Mercury Cougar, 5753cc V8. He had to do a lot of work to get her road worthy!

He has previously owned Zephyrs, Capris, an XR3i, a Mustang and also a 1985 Mercury Grand Marquis.

Simon Baldwin

Simon owns this Signal Red 1980 Mk2 Escort RS2000. He's owned it for 34 years, and first had it restored in 1992. It has a few rare RS optional extras.​

Simon has owned many Fords over the years, but alongside his RS2000 he is currently restoring a vintage JCB!

Matt George

Matt bought this 1990 Mk4 Escort 90 Bonus as a non-runner 6 years ago. The shell was in great condition but the engine was tired, so it now runs a Focus RS Engine.

Chris owns a large array of Fords: 1968 Mk2 Lotus Cortina, Mk1 Escort RS2000, Mk1 Mexico, a Mk2 Escort RS2000.

Each Ford has had work done and are still being restored gradually over time.

Jenni Lunn

Jenni owns this rare 1995 Ford Probe 2l 16v. She purchased it unseen from Hull in 2023. The car was originally a Ford demo car in Kent, and never had many miles put on the clock.​

The colour, 'Silver Blue Mist' is completely stock and is a pearlescent purple/blue!

Dave Bradley

Dave owns this 2001 Puma Mk1 1.7l. It had been off the road for 4 years and was purchased originally for banger racing, but was restored in 2023 by Dave and his son-in-law and club secretary Adam Hicks.

Treve Wills

Treve owns this 2015 Focus ST. He's done a few modifications like a splitter kit, wing deflectors, and rear louvers. It's also had a Stage 2 Remap.

The car has been fully resprayed in the last few years.

Alan Humphrey

This is Alan's 1967 Anglia 105e Deluxe. He bought it in 1988, but sold it in 2002.

He then repurchased it in 2017 - it had only done 1,500 miles in the fifteen years since Alan had last owned it!

Colin Doherty

Colin owns a 1978 Escort Mk2 Mexico.

Jerry Harvey

Jerry has owned this 1979 Escort Mk2 RS2000 for 22 years. It has a light tuned engine, LSD, front coil overs, type 9 gearbox - perfect for track use. He has previously owned lots of Fords like a Mk1 Granada and Mk2/Mk3 Capris.

Adrian Saundry

Adrian owns a Ford Granada Limousine! He has had various things done to the limo to keep it in roadworthy condition.

It always draws a crowd at shows and club events - a good portion of our club members could fit in it!

Roxanne Pollard

Roxanne owns this lovely 2000 Cougar 2.5l V6. She only bought it in January 2024 from Taunton, but has loved the Cougar for many years and used to own one but her son ended up putting it on the banger circuit!

Barrie Allen

Barrie owns this little 1959 100e 1300cc crossflow. He's owned the car for 12 years, and it's currently running a 105e gearbox & rear axel.

Barrie has owned many cars over the years, mainly Fords, but he also currently owns 2 Austin 7's.

Ross Rowe

Ross has owned this 1980 Mk1 Fiesta 1.3  Super Sport for 24 years. It was restored in 2017/18, and currently runs a 1700cc cross flow engine, twin 40 DCNFS, 5 speed box, LSD, stainless exhaust, coil overs, and Willwood 4 pot front brakes.​​

Andy Harris

Any owns this 1973 Mk1 Escort Mexico. It's been in the family for 40 years. It's relatively standard and hasn't really been touched.

Andy has previously owned various Escorts and Cortinas.

Ross Jarratt

Ross owns this 1987 Mk 3 Capri 2.8i special, and a D reg Capri that he bought in February 2024. He has had both put back to totally original.

The D reg Capri is actually currently for sale.

Raymond Barker

Lorry driver Ray owns this beautiful 1988 Sierra Sapphire Cosworth 2l turbo. He's owned it for 25 years. He's done everything to the car apart from powder coat the front and rear springs. His favourite modification to the car is the hydraulic clutch conversion.

Shaun Mingo

Vehicle recovery controller, Shaun, is the proud owner of this 1985 Mk2 Fiesta 1.3 Ghia, which he's owned since 2017. The car is mostly original and has only covered 29,000 miles. Shaun also owns a 1997 Fiesta 1.8, which has just been put back on the road after 4 years of deciding what to do with it!

Graham Dishman

Self-employed mechanic, Graham, has owned this beautiful Cortina since 2007. It was fully restored in the mid 90s by the previous owner. The bodywork hasn't been touched since Graham bought it, but he has fitted new carpets, bucket seats, and a new rear diff.

John Adamson

John owns this 1980 Mk3 Capri 2Ltr Ghia. John bought this in 2011, and 'Henry' is his 7th Capri he's owned!

The only mod to the car is a stainless steel exhaust, and a few years ago it had a ton of welding done, and a respray.

Steve Fisk

Steve owns this 1966 Mk 1 Transit 1700cc V4. It's originally from Derbyshire, and used to be used as a newspaper van! It was then sold onto Essex in 2012, and Steve bought it from there in 2016.

It's never been welded and has appeared on TV.

Nick Causton

Nick owns this Mk2 Escort, originally a 1.1 Popular Plus. It's still very much a project - it's had lots of work done such as new floor, front end and 2 paint jobs. It's lowered by 2 inches all round, Bilstein shocks on the rear, Gaz adjustables on the front, 9x13 JBW wheels. It will eventually run a 2.1 pinto engine on twin 48's.

Tris Mitchell

Tris and Sue own this Ford Granada 2l Ghia. The car was originally owned by Sue's father from 1993-2007, and then by Sue and Tris from 2007 until now.

Mark Moyle

Mark purchased this unique-looking 1951 Ford F1 in March 2024, as a 90% finished project. It's road usable but there are still a few bits that need doing to get it functioning correctly (brakes, clutch, steering). Mark has a few upgrades and modifications in the pipeline.

Bobbie Leavey

Bobbie owns a 1996 Ford Transit, and a 2014 Ford Transit with recovery dolly.

The 1996 is a Mk5 2.5 Di Banana with a spec lift, in white.

The 2014 is a 2.2 Mk8 Transit Trend with a recovery dolly, in blue.

Nigel Southall

Nigel owns this 'Signal Yellow' 1981 Mk2 Escort 1600 Sport, imported from South Africa. It is mainly standard apart from uprated brakes, suspension and wheels. The engine has a big bore exhaust and a K&N air filter. The interior is original. The car is used most of the year as it's a joy to drive!

William Rowe

William owns a Ford Transit Sport - his most recent Ford project! It started as a bare shell and underwent a complete rebuild. The van is one of only 100 made from its year with that specific gearbox. 

Nick Griffiths

Nick owns an array of Fords; a 1.6 Capri Laser with 36k miles on it, a Mk1 Escort Mexico replica, a Paris Blue XR2 and a Mk4 Escort Van.

He runs his own MOT station, Nick's Motors, in Camborne.

Tegan Hogan

Tegan is the proud owner of this Mk1 Fiesta! So far she's added white pepper pot wheels and a Sportex exhaust - she's hoping to give the car a new paint job and new interior by next year, and one day it'll be on air suspension!

Jake Medlin

Full time mechanic Jake owns this lightly modified 1989 Ford Escort L. He bought it from a customer of his dads garage, and has since added new wheels, exhaust and the Hella fog lights on the bumper - he wants to keep it as 90s looking as possible!

Matthew Burrows

Matt owns this 1986 D reg Mk4 Escort 1.3l 5 speed estate. He bought it in 2022 and did a lot of bodywork and welding to get it through an MOT.

Eric Stevens

Eric owns a Sierra XR4i, 2.8l. He has owned it for 4 years.

Francis Thomas

Francis is the proud owner of this Ford Escort Mk1 1.3l. It's had 1 owner, and only done 12,000 miles.

Richard Davies

Richard has owned this Capri 2.8i Special for 2 years. It's done 100,000 miles.

Barry Aimable

Barry owns this wonderful 1964 Ford Thunderbird 390 C.I, 6.4l Big Block V8. It was an Illinois State Trooper Police car, then the states' Governors' wife kept it for 2 years before selling it. It was shipped to the UK in 1987, and purchased by Barry in 2015 as a rolling shell; everything was boxed and crated.

Robin Martin

Robin is the proud owner of this F100 Pickup, registered in 1955. It runs a V8, 5 litre engine.

Will Pearce

Will owns this Ford Fiesta Mk1 1.6. It has been modified; HPE 1700cc full race engine with all the extras, XR2 brakes, adjustable suspension and lots more to follow! He has previously owned a Sierra Sapphire and a Capri Laser.

Andy Williams

Builder Andy owns this red Mk4 Escort Cabriolet. He's owned many Fords over the years from Mk1/Mk2 Fiestas to Mk5/Mk6 Escorts, even a Ford Probe and a Mk4 Escort RS Turbo.

You can often spot Andy on road runs because he's always cruising with the roof down!

Sabrina Tankard

Sabrina is the proud owner of this Ford Focus RS 'Heritage Edition'. One of just fifty released to the UK market in 2018 to represent the RS brand in the UK. Sabrina's Focus was numbered #10 by the RSOC.

Craig Hunkin

Craig co-owns this Ford Focus 'Heritage Edition' with Sabrina.

Paul Jackson

Paul owns a Ford Cortina, running a 1.7l Vulcan. He has owned it for 2 years. Before that it was in storage for many years. So far, he has had it resprayed.

Terry McDonald

Terry owns this Ford Escort Mk6 Cabriolet 1.6l. The car came from Newcastle, with 60,000 miles on the clock. Terry has owned it since the beginning of 2024.

Jowan Bray

Jowan owns this 2003 Ford Ranger. He bought it at the end of December 2021 as his first car, and has spent loads of time welding it since then. So far he's modified it slightly, like straight piping the exhaust, and there's lots more mods to come!

Richard owns this Ford Focus RS Mk3. He has owned the car from new, and it has just 29,000 miles on the click with full service history.

James owns this Ford Focus 2l ST Mk3. Since being in James's ownership it's been slightly modified with side splitters, front splitter, and RS alloys.

Terry Barberry

Terry bought this stunning Yellow Zephyr from a gentleman in Southampton.

The car was actually featured in Emmerdale for many years - it had started life in Newton Abbot and found its way up to Yorkshire, where it was owned by Yorkshire television!

Brian Goldsworthy

Brian, a.k.a 'The Mouth of the South', has owned his Mondeo for about 4 years. Brian is the commentator for the Duchy Ford Show Weekend.

The Mondeo's colour caught his eye immediately, and since then he has put a lot of new parts on the car, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Duncan Walters

Duncan owns this lovely 1986 1.6 Laser Capri, with just 17,000 miles on the clock. Duncan bought the Capri in January 2024.

Paul Marshall

Paul is the owner of a Capri 280, a 1984 Capri 2.8 Injection and a 1981 Capri 1.6 Calypso. He uses a different car for each show year. He bought the 280 in 2003, the 2.8 in 2002, and the Calypso in 1983. He had a Capri when they first came out - he said 'the men were afraid of me and the women loved me!'

Carl Bungay

Carl owns a P100 RS Cosworth 24v, running  2.9L V6 Cosworth. It started life as a 1.8l. The rebuild started in 2016.

Wayne Wills

Wayne owns this unique-looking 1963 Ford Zephyr 4 Mk3 'restomod', running a 3.5 Rover V8 5 speed manual, called 'Risky Business'. He has owned the car for 12 years and built it twice! Next mod is the suspension and interior. The car is used daily and is great fun!

Ed Wakeling

Ed is the proud owner of this Mk3 XR3i. He has owned it for 17 years. It was restored fullyduring 2020/2021.

Philip Thomas

Philip is the proud owner of this Mk1 Ford Escort 1.1l, 4 door. He has owned it since 2009. The car competed in Classic Trials up until 2022. It has now been rebuilt to be road legal.

Jenny owns a Ford St170, which she has owned for 9 years and was bought for her by her late partner. It's on 174k miles, and was purchased stock. She also has owned her ST250 since January 2024, and has since modified the car to her liking. She hopes to add an ST2 to her collection at some point. 

James Allen

James owns this 1993 Fiesta 1.3 Ghia in Radiant Red, with just 6 owners from new. He purchased it from another club member in May 2024, and it's now his daily car. The only modification is a cherry bomb exhaust - typical of the time period! He hopes to treat it to a new coat of paint this Winter.

Dan is the proud owner of this import Ford Mustang. It was a show car, and sat with its previous owner for 6 years. It's been in magazines all over Europe.

Dan has got it back on the road, and plans to give it a respray, and super charge it!

Frank Coia

Frank owns this 1964 Cobra, running a Ford Windsor 351. It was built in 2001 by Back Draught Racing. Frank also owns a Ford GT40!

Dave Wilton

Dave owns this low mileage Mk2 Escort 1600 Ghia. He bought the car in May 2024 when it had reached just over 16k miles. By coincidence, the car was delivered to Dave exactly 37 years to the day after he passed his test and bought his first car, which was a Mk2 Escort 1100.

Paul Tame

Paul owns this lovely Cortina XR6 3l. It is a South African built Cortina only for their market, and was imported to England in April 2024. Since owning it he has fixed the wiring for the rear lights, and in future he plans to add a quieter exhaust and sort the carburettor as she's running a little rich!

Richard Hallowes

Richard owns this Mk2 RS Mexico. He owned the car 1984-1986 and then sold it to a friend. The car was then sold and disappeared for 30 years, but reappeared for sale in Scotland 4 years ago. Richard is currently restoring the car to its former glory and hope to have it completed by Christmas.

William Willis

William owns this Ford Escort Estate 1.6l. He bought it in February, with 96,500 miles on the clock, and it was pretty standard apart from a new exhaust system, and alloys. He has upgraded the suspension and alloys since purchasing. 

Kelvin Mountain

Kelvin owns this Ford Escort S1 RS. It's got Sierra Cosworth running gear. He bought the car 5 years ago, and did an engine rebuild, underside restoration, and other modifications.

Donald Lyle

Donald has owned this stunning 1971 Mk1 Escort 1600 Mexico for 3 years. It has its original crossflow engine and 4 speed gearbox, and it's in its original colour, Maize Yellow. It was in a private showroom collection with 50 other cars for years. Don bought the car from Banbury, in the Midlands.

Alan Hicks

Alan is the very proud owner of this 1985 Mk2 Fiesta, originally a 1.1 Popular Plus, but now fitted with a 1.8 Zetec twin-cam with an Escort 5 speed gearbox, XR2 brakes and axle, gas adjustable shocks all the way around - it's a proper sleeper build, and 'goes like a rocket' according to Alan!

Andy Blewett

Andy and his wife Anna have purchased this Brooklands 280 Capri. Andy actually used to show Capris, about 30 years ago, and came 3rd in the GB Concourse Show in May 1995 at Windsor. He got the Brooklands purely for nostalgia, and his only plans are to bring it up to concourse condition.

Jane Williams

Jane is the very proud owner of her 1989 Ford Escort. She bought the car in 2023 at our annual Ford show, and hasn't looked back since. She bought the car because she thought it looked awesome!

Darren owns this Mk5 Cortina 1.6GL. He purchased it in January 2024. It was a press car for 3 years. Previous owner had owned it for 37 years, after being gifted the car as a retirement present. It's only on 11,500 miles.

Victor owns two Cortina MK3 Crayfords 2Ltr GT's. Both are from 1973. One is manual and one is automatic. He's been the owner of the manual car for two years and owned the automatic one for 1 year.

Matthew Chandler

Matthew owns this 1968 Mustang 289 V8 Coupe finished in Candy Apple Red, a Black Plate Californian registered car that was imported into the UK in 2018. The original C code engine has been rebuilt and upgraded. He's owned the car since the end of 2024.

Vincent Gillingham

Vincent owns this Mk3 1.6 Cameo Capri, in red with Laser wheels, LED light conversion, and 5 speed gearbox conversion. He got the car in October 2022, and is its 3rd owner. It's used as a daily runaround.

Dan is the proud owner of this 1978 Mk2 Escort Estate 1.6 XFlow 5-speed. He is only the 2nd owner of the car - the first was a local chap who owned the Ford dealership in St Agnes, Cornwall back in the day, and it had been his personal car.
