The International Ford Show @ Sandown Park Race Course London Saturday 30th April 2016

Attended by Mark, Steve, Lewis and Kathryn.

With this being a new show, we didn’t know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised as there were some great cars on display both inside and outside. My favourite was a midnight blue Capri 3.0S, which was only painted a week before, it was stunning. It is 40 years since the Fiesta was launched and this was celebrated with mk1 to mk7 Fiesta’s on show.

For £1 you could enter to win a Ford Focus ST, so we had a few goes – here’s hoping!

Tiff Needell was live on Saturday talking about his life in Motorsport, cars he’s driven, Top Gear and 5th Gear.

Barons Classic Auctioneers held Europe’s first Classic Ford only Auction with 52 lots. We had a good look around, but only serious bidders were allowed once the auction started, so we are unaware of the results, but we can only imagine prices were high. This is a great location and we can see this show going from strength to strength.
