Members Mark, Lewis, Pete and Jodie attended this one, now in its 20th year they have raised over £100,000 for charity so far.
This is a great little one day show that has grown even since I've been going these last few years. With over 100 Cars, Commercials, Steam, a very good showing of Motor Cycles, Tractors and Heavy Horses, there was something for everyone.
Pete was roped into driving a very tidy Mini van on the Commercial display, a bit of a change after his car. As he passed me he shouted 'I prefer my Capri!'
There were many Fords on display, ranging from a couple of Model T's, a Model A, V8 Pilot, Escorts, Anglia's and of course Capri's.
The V8 Pilot was awarded best of show, with stiff competition a good day for the blue oval badge. Being a local show, it was great to catch up with friends for a chat without the expense of travelling too far.
Roll on next year, I will certainly be going and can recommend this event for everyone.
